The weight-optimized alloy wheel with rolled rim bed combines sportiness with classic elegance. The alloy wheel has a high-sheen finish on the visible side. The color scheme provides a special eye-catcher: the high-quality 21" light-alloy wheels are painted in the exclusive Cerium Gray color and have a high-gloss finish on the visible side. This color tone is perfectly matched to the exterior design SA surrounds "Pure Extravagance". The visible wheel bolts further emphasize the sporty character of the vehicle. All X5 (F15) vehicles that were delivered from the factory with 18" or 19" tires, must retrofit the 20" SA wheel arch trims when retrofitting the 21" tires, to meet the wheel coverage according to EG-BE. In addition, special flaps must be mounted. -Lightweight: The light alloy wheel with rolled rim bed (flow forming) is approx. 1.5 kg lighter than a cast wheel with comparable styling and in the same dimension due to a special manufacturing process. -The perfectly color-coordinated bicolor design is a special eye-catcher. -The wheel is painted in an attractive cerium gray. The visible sides are gloss-turned. -Glossy protection: the entire wheel is covered with high-quality clear lacquer, which gives it a glossy finish and protects against corrosion. -The low weight of the wheels (unsprung mass) improves the linkage behavior and provides better driving dynamics. -Safety is a top priority: The tires have run-flat characteristics (RSC), so that even if the pressure is lost, a certain residual running distance can still be driven. -This 21" wheel/tire combination is suitable for individualizing the vehicle, as this styling and wheel size cannot be configured as optional equipment ex works. The following points should be noted due to the extreme tire width as well as the low tire cross section: -Higher rolling noise and general loss of comfort must be expected. -The 21" tires are not suitable for off-road use. -It may not be possible to drive on certain car washes. -It may no longer be possible to use car trains.
