The aerodynamic components JCW PRO are an expression of elegant sportiness. Consisting of the following parts: Black Band rear made of injection molding and diffuser and rear spoiler attachments made of PUR (polyurethane). The aerodynamic components give the vehicle a special sportiness and clear width effect. The JCW Pro aerodynamic components are easy to install: All parts are supplied with fastening materials and only need to be screwed into place. The assembly of the rear spoiler is possible without tools. The prerequisite for the installation of the JCW Pro aerodynamic components is the JCW Pack (SA3A1). All components must be checked for accuracy of fit before painting. The add-on parts must be pretreated before painting. Please be sure to follow the painting instructions. The 1K adhesive is not included in the scope of delivery and must be ordered separately if required. -All parts of the JCW Pro aerodynamic components are matched to each other and perfectly adapted to the vehicle design. -The JCW Pro aerodynamic components enhance the dynamic elegance of the already very sporty F56. -The design of the rear diffuser expresses all the dynamics of racing: concise shaping reinforces the sporty look. -Optimized aerodynamics: The components not only change the appearance of the F56. They also match other John Cooper Works components. The use of the series clipping ensures easy installation. Material information: The carbon wraps are manufactured by hand. The cutting and draping of the fabric layers, the curing process of the plastic matrix and the milling of the raw parts takes several hours. The subsequent painting process poses a particular challenge. To enhance the unmistakable depth effect of the carbon fabric, the components are painted several times. Each individual coat of paint must be dried and then sanded. After the final coat of paint has been applied, the carbon part is polished to a high gloss (the open-pored carbon versions are an exception).
