JCW Retrofit Kit 17" Sport Brake

Description

The retrofit kit to the sporty 17 inch JCW brake system is suitable for the F55 LCI, F56 and F57. The front axle brake consists of a 4-piston fixed caliper in Chillired with John Cooper Works branding and an internally ventilated, perforated brake disc. The rear axle brake consists of a 1-piston fist-type caliper in Chillired with solid disc. For retrofit, this set is suitable for all F56 except JCW vehicles. The front axle brakes are offered exclusively as a special accessory, but can also be retrofitted to JCW vehicles with standard 17 inch JCW brake system. -Significantly improved thermal load capacity due to larger, internally ventilated brake discs and aluminum fixed caliper on the front axle. -Sporty direct response of the brake system. -Improved pedal feel with clear pressure point over the entire temperature range. -Sporty look for an upgrade of the overall vehicle design. -Enhances sportiness, especially on alloy wheels with open wheel design.
