Pure motorsport - the M Performance Steering Wheel Pro. Extremely pronounced Alcantara grip area with large thumb rests and special padding for even better grip and an associated direct steering feel. The upper and lower sections feature striking edges and contours and are upholstered in high-quality Walknappa leather. The standard Walknappa leather-covered steering wheel trim thus blends ideally with the lower flattening and allows the steering wheel to become one element. As an alternative to the standard open-pore carbon trim, an open-pore carbon trim with the new M Performance lettering is available separately. -Racing: The M Performance Steering Wheel Pro conveys an immediate motorsport atmosphere thanks to its striking geometry and extremely pronounced grip area made of Alcantara. -Better feel and grip: Alcantara is the perfect material for sports steering wheels. It provides optimum grip on the steering wheel in extreme driving situations and offers a consistently pleasant feel in all temperature conditions. Thanks to the additional lining, the area covered with Alcantara provides the necessary softness for optimum grip. -Special foam in the leather-covered areas highlights the distinctive contours and edges of the steering wheel while still providing a comfortable feel. -Optional open-pore carbon steering wheel trim and new M Performance logo to complement the standard carbon trim. Technical information: -Generally, the steering wheel can be installed in all M2 vehicles. -When installed with steering wheel heating, the heating function is omitted. The switch for the steering wheel heater remains without function.

Pure motorsport - the M Performance steering wheel trim Carbon for the M Performance steering wheel. The steering wheel trim is covered with carbon fabric and preserved in its open-pored structure. As a retrofit for the M Performance steering wheel, the carbon steering wheel trim (does not apply to trims with availability from 05/2016) is additionally equipped with Alcantara, matching the Alcantara grip area of the M Performance steering wheel. -Racing and high-tech: The steering wheel trim is covered with high-quality carbon fabric and conveys the themes of lightweight construction and motorsport. -Branding: The M Performance lettering is located on the 6 o'clock clasp of the steering wheel trim.
