Wireless Charging Case iPhone

Description

The wireless charging case enables the Apple iPhone 6 and 6S to charge wirelessly. The wireless charging case enables charging in combination with all BMW wireless charging optional extras, accessories and inductive chargers that are certified to the Qi charging standard. To do this, the cell phone is placed in the one-piece black cell phone case with BMW branding. The Apple iPhone is charged as soon as it is inserted into the wireless charging case and placed on an inductive charging surface. Current Apple iPhones (as of August 2015) do not have the wireless charging function integrated, the wireless charging case enables wireless charging on Apple iPhones. For BMW models with SA6NW or the original BMW accessory product snap-in adapter wireless charging. With an almost fully charged device (from approx. 95%), the charging process may shut down prematurely and restart shortly afterwards. This is quite normal and a protection process for the smartphone according to the user interface standard. Due to the technology, the cell phone heats up during wireless charging. If the device heats up too much, it can stop the charging process or the display is dimmed or turned off.
