Sound Kit

Description

With the optional Akrapovič Sound Kit, you can control the sound of the system from the cockpit of your vehicle. With Akrapovič technology, you can easily switch between quiet mode and a sportier sound. By using a receiver (already included in the Evolution system) to control the actuators that open or close the valves at the end of the exhaust system, you can use the Sound Remote Controller or the new smartphone app (for iOS and Android) to regulate the valves. When using the optional Akrapovič Sound Kit, the ECE type approval expires. The sound kit is suitable for the 2020 - 2021 (M340i) and 2021 (M440i) model years.
