The side foiling / accent line consists of two parallel lines in matt black, which run along the sides of the vehicle above the light break edge/shoulder line. The M Perfomance lettering is shown in gray at the end of the lower strip. Especially with dark exterior colors, the accent lines provide a colorful and elegant emphasis on the body. This new set of decorative stripes has been specially developed for customers who value elegant individuality. Due to the extreme optical similarity between aramid fiber and carbon fiber, this product completes the "carbon" look of vehicles with a carbon package or other carbon exterior components. As aramid has a high permeability for electromagnetic waves, the functionality of the antenna is maintained. Carbon, on the other hand, has a shielding effect and cannot be used for antenna cladding. Possible in combination with a carbon roof, but you must decide for yourself whether you like the look of the aramid antenna cover on the carbon roof.
