Description

Evolution exhaust systems for the BMW 340i and 440i are the result of a perfect blend of expertise, the most advanced technology and the finest materials. Made of austenitic stainless steel, these systems feature a newly developed layout with two central link pipes. The system is completed by tailpipes made of carbon. This sporty elegance makes the Bavarian sports car stand above the competition and gives it a sportier touch, which is underlined by additional power and lighter weight from the Evolution Performance exhaust system. The ECU-controlled Akrapovic dual-mode exhaust system delivers the sound of the standard equipment during relaxed driving - and a sporty, deep sound that's a joy to listen to when the 340i and 440i are driven more sportily. The Evolution systems replace the standard exhaust completely from the catalytic converters to the rear. The Evolution Link Pipe Set (SS) is required for installation.
