PROFILINE SP 06-02

Description

The silicone-free abrasive paste with a high abrasive content is ideal for sanding off weathered and scratched layers of paint. It removes etching caused by bird droppings, insects and tree sap in the paint. SONAX PROFILINE SP 06-02 can be used for all types and colors of paint. The paste removes dust inclusions, paint mist and sanding marks and is ideally suited for restoring weathered and scratched paint. The product provides high removal while maintaining medium gloss and even removes sanding marks from P1200 sandpaper. Application: -Shake bottle well before use. -Put product onto the SONAX lambswool pad or the SONAX foam pad hard. -Polishing process phase 1: Pressure: 5-10 kg - Speed: 800 rpm - Time: 30 seconds. -Polishing process phase 2: Pressure: 1-2 kg - Speed: 1200 rpm - Time: 60 seconds -Afterwards, put new product on the pad and perform another polishing pass. -The times given refer to a polishing pass of an area to be polished of approx. 1 sqm of average hard paint. -Remove residues with SONAX Microfiber Cloth Ultra Fine or wet with a sponge or water jet. -For finishing, a finishing with SONAX PROFILINE FS 05-04 and SONAX PROFILINE NP 03-06 is recommended. -Clean polishing pads regularly and never use different polishing agents on one pad.
