The retrofit headlight laser light is offered as a retrofit kit. The glare-free laser spotlight is used as a high beam. The light of the laser headlight is a very bright light similar to daylight, which is perceived as pleasant by the human eye. At the same time, the laser diodes enable an even more efficient overall system due to their high-intensity and almost ideal radiation characteristics. Glare from oncoming vehicles or those ahead is reliably ruled out in conjunction with the camera-based, digital high-beam assistant. The laser light stands out thanks to the specific blue design element and the exclusive "BMW LASERLIGHT" lettering. Retrofitting is only possible on vehicles with the optional equipment Highbeam Assist.
