M Performance Steering Wheel

Description

The M Performance steering wheel is based on the M leather steering wheel (SA710) with a diameter of 380 mm. It is covered with high-quality Alcantara, which is stitched with a noble silver-grey cross-stitch seam. The steering wheel has a trim with a central nude clasp made of painted carbon and a Motorsport center marker made of red leather. -Sporty: The new M Performance steering wheel offers a genuine motorsport feel thanks to the Alcantara and carbon materials and the red center marking. -Better feel and grip: Alcantara is the perfect material for sports steering wheels. It provides optimum grip on the steering wheel in extreme driving situations and offers a consistently pleasant feel in all temperature conditions. -The sporty design with hand-stitched, silver-grey cross-stitching perfectly matches the M Performance look. -The trim made of painted carbon looks very classy. The multi-layer paint structure and subsequent high-gloss polish give the carbon an unmistakable depth effect. The M Performance steering wheel does not require a supplement in the vehicle documents or an operating permit to be carried. The approval for the corresponding vehicles is regulated by BMW within the EC overall approval. Attention! For vehicles with basic steering wheel or sports steering wheel, the airbag module and the vehicle-specific SA parts (MF buttons, connecting cable, vibration generator and electronic module) must be ordered and exchanged to fit an M sports steering wheel (SA710 new design).
