The new generation of headsets from BMW with a revised design and new functions makes telephoning in the vehicle even more comfortable and safe. The simple connection with the cell phone and by means of key, gesture or voice control keeps the hands on the wheel and thus enables safe driving. The headset offers not only the possibility to make phone calls, but also to listen to music, audio books or podcasts. - Very good audio quality: the headset has a mechanism for suppressing ambient noise. Three microphones pick up sound waves from the surroundings and can use electronics to filter out the disturbing noises from the overall acoustic signal. This means that the driver can hear and understand the other person very well. Automatic volume adjustment ensures good intelligibility even in noisy environments. Thanks to wideband audio with its wider frequency range, the headset offers crystal-clear sound with more bass and more treble (must be supported by the phone). - Simple gesture control: The new Bluetooth headset is intuitively very easy to use. For example, if a call comes in, the driver can easily answer the call by putting the headset in his ear. If the driver wants to continue the call on the phone (e.g., via the loudspeaker), he removes the headset from his ear and the call is automatically routed back to the phone. If necessary, the call can also be continued again via the headset in the ear. - Always reachable: It is possible to pair two devices, for example a private and a business cell phone, with the headset. - Easy pairing: Thanks to the NFC function, you only need to touch the phone with the headset (must be supported by the phone). For phones without NFC function, the headset is paired in the traditional way via the phone settings. - Comfortable to wear: Soft silicone ear tips in three sizes and an additional ear hook ensure the desired wearing comfort. Functionality: - Operation on the headset: answer and end call, reject call, redial, mute, activate voice control, volume, pause music, resume music, turn headset on and off. The operating language can also be easily selected on the headset itself. - Voice control: "Am I connected?", answer and end call, reject call, check battery, pairing mode, redial, "What can I say?", dial number (*), call contact from address book (*). - Various voice prompts: calling number (*) or name of caller from address book (*), battery life, phone connected or disconnected. - Apple Siri voice recognition is supported by the headset. - The following languages are supported for voice operation and voice prompts: Mandarin Chinese, English, German, French, Spanish, Russian, and Korean.
