Description
The BMW adapter cable for micro USB allows individual entertainment in the vehicle. The compatible adapter can be used to conveniently connect various mobile audio sources with a micro USB port to the vehicle and charge them at the same time. In this way, the music available on the devices can be played through the on-board speakers. Depending on the model and equipment, it is also possible to play back cover art and videos via the vehicle display. The Micro-USB adapter is controlled via the respective on-board operating system: via iDrive controller, multifunction steering wheel or radio. It is always guaranteed that the electrical characteristics as well as the cable lengths are perfectly matched to the vehicle. The exact use of the cable depends on the respective SA combination (optional equipment). It is therefore essential to select the correct adapter via the electronic parts catalog (ETK). -For integration of compatible Apple iPod™ or iPhone™ into the vehicle. -Permits playback of music tracks available in the device. -Extremely sturdy design with full metal connectors. -The connected device is charged during operation.
